Shipping and Returns

Postage and Packing

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of orders being placed.  Orders will be sent second class via Royal Mail.

Standard Postage and Packing cost is £5. Some larger products may cost more, and the postage and packing is listed on the product page.

All products will be sent carefully packaged. We do not offer international shipping. You are also welcome to collect your order from our Office, in Ilford.  Please email shop@oneplaceeast.org, and we will arrange a suitable time with you.

Returns and Refunds

If, for any reason, an order may take longer than stated above, we will be in contact to update you.  In this instance, the​ customer reserves the right to a refund. Similarly, if you’re not happy with a product you have received, please return it to us within 28 days. The product must be returned to us in a saleable condition with all original tags/labels and packaging intact.

A refund of the product cost will be issued; however, the return shipping cost will not be covered. If you have any queries about returns, please contact shop@oneplaceeast.org.
